So I was chillin wit my boy watching Cartoon Network, and the ppg reboot came on, so we got to reminiscing , and eventually, he asked me. The professor was trying to make the perfect little girls, so why didn't he give them hands. I say maybe he did, and it was the Chemical X. He says , what if he was making normal girls without hands and that's why their perfect.
